Shrub or small tree to 28 ft. tall. Gray to reddish bark.
Flower:White with four petals. Tiny flowers combine into showy clusters 2-3 in. wide.
Leaves: Deciduous, simple, opposite, egg-shaped to oval, 2-3 in. long. Surface smooth to slightly rough, veins parallel, conpicuous, margins entire.
Fruit:
Whie drupe, 1/4 in. in diameter.
Same family as flowering dogwood. |
